Una scelta di 45 itinerari tra i molti che ho percorso nella Liguria di Levante e che vanno dalle semplici passeggiate a escursioni più impegnative, per tutte le stagioni.
Molti sono percorsi conosciuti e famosi ma sempre belli da scoprire: Golfo Paradiso, Portofino, Antola, Val d'Aveto, Baia delle Favole, Cinque Terre, Golfo dei Poeti etc. nomi evocativi che meritano di essere conosciuti ed esplorati ma senza fretta, tra il verde dei boschi e l'azzurro del mare e dei laghi e il libro conduce in un viaggio a passo d'uomo alla scoperta del territorio, della natura e del paesaggio.
